A home practice for the summer

Here’s a suggestion of a home practice sequence you can adapt to meet your needs. Perhaps a quick morning practice of a couple of sun salutations to warm the body? Or a slower sequence in the evening, focussing more on a short warm up followed by stretching on the floor, and a supported bridge or legs up the wall.

Here is an energising sequence including both sun and moon salutations. You don’t have to do it all of course, it would take at least an hour, but select some of it to fit in with the time you have. Make sure you end with some stretches and a short relaxation.
