ABINGDON YOGA  AND ONLINE ZOOM 

Gentle and accessible yoga for all levels, all ages! 

I teach in a softer 'hatha' style to suit all ages and levels of fitness, and welcome beginners. I have been teaching yoga in Abingdon for 15 years, and more recently online using Zoom.  My studio based classes are often full, as limited to eight spaces, so do get in touch to book your place.

Yoga classes summer 2026

The current term ends on Wednesday 8th July. Please get in touch using the contact form if you would like to join us.

After the term finishes, drop in classes will run in the garden on Wednesday evenings and some Sunday mornings (see below for dates)  - no need to book.

The current term timetable is:

Monday 10.45am-12pm Morning yoga (slow) in the Sanctuary at St Ethelwolds, Abingdon

6-7pm Hatha flow (all levels) online Zoom.

Wednesday two evenings classes in the Sanctuary, St Ethelwolds 5.15 - 6.25pm (Hatha flow, all levels);
and 7.00 - 8.10pm pm (a deeper focus ending with with restorative relaxation).

Yoga in the garden

I offer relaxed drop-in classes through the summer. These run on Wednesday evenings 6.30-7.30pm and on Sunday mornings 10.30-11.30, cost £10,  and and usually will be centred around gentle standing flow sequences.  (I have a few mats I can lend out) The next ones are scheduled for:

  • Sunday 21st June solstice celebration

  • Wednesday evenings 6-7pm from 15 July until 5th August

  • Plus Sunday mornings July 5, 19, 26

Here is an energising sequence including both sun and moon salutations. You don’t have to do it all of course, it would take at least an hour, but select some of it to fit in with the time you have. Make sure you end with some stretches and a short relaxation.
