Yoga Fundamentals 3: Strength

Strong muscles help us move more effectively, and support the joints. Working the muscles helps build and maintain bone density, and helps towards creating an overall sense of well being. The practice below works the leg muscles, particularly in the standing postures.

Don’t forget to warm up thoroughly first, and stretch out and relax afterwards.
