ABINGDON YOGA  AND ONLINE ZOOM 

Gentle and accessible yoga for all levels, all ages! 

I teach in a softer 'hatha' style to suit all ages and levels of fitness, and welcome beginners. I have been teaching yoga in Abingdon for 12 years, and more recently online using Zoom.  My studio based classes are often full, as limited to eight spaces, so do get in touch to book your place.

Yoga in the garden starts Wednesday 7 August: Mondays 11am and Wednesdays 6pm. Drop in no need to book £10.

Now's a great time to think about joining a yoga class. I have four regular classes (see below) running at St Ethelwolds and on Zoom with the next autumn term starting on 16 September. Please use the contact form on this website to enquire or reserve your place . Classes run in half termly blocks, bookable in advance. 

Meanwhile, starting on  Wednesday 7 August, I will be offering outdoors yoga in the garden at St Ethelwolds on a drop-in basis. 

The term timetable is:

Monday 10.45am-12pm Morning yoga (slow) in the Sanctuary at St Ethelwolds, Abingdon 

6 - 7pm Hatha flow (all levels) online Zoom.

Wednesday   two evenings classes in the Sanctuary, St Ethelwolds 5.00 - 6.10pm (Hatha flow, all levels);
and  6.45 - 7.55pm pm (a deeper focus ending with with restorative relaxation).

Now we are heading towards the autumn equinox on 21 September, nights are starting to draw in. It’s a time of change, as we move from the summer into autumn and we start to look ahead towards winter. We might start making plans for the year to come.
